Outdated plugins, Joomla itself overdue for updates, and PHP errors throughout: the kind of technical situation where touching one thing risks breaking another. The rebuild moved everything to Squarespace with a clean structure, stronger service pages, and Google Business Profile improvements.
The previous site wasn't ranking badly, so the migration was handled carefully to protect existing search visibility.
